生态产业链治理模式研究——国内外治理比较分析 被引量：8

摘要 分析了生态产业链治理框架,指出生态产业链治理需要企业-市场机制、政府-政策机制、社会组织-社会机制的共同作用。在对比分析国内外生态产业链治理特点的基础上,提出了企业主导型、政府主导型和利益相关者共同治理型3种治理模式,并系统分析了3种治理模式之间的差异。最后结合我国生态产业链运行实践,指出了我国生态产业链治理模式的演变路径,即政府主导模式→企业主导模式→共同治理模式。
