摘要
从基础创新能力、高端引领能力、协同创新能力、产业支撑与控制力、绿色可持续发展等五个维度构建评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS模型和障碍度分析模型对福建省2014—2020年的产业链现代化指数及其障碍因子进行实证分析。结果表明,福建省产业链现代化程度不高,指数增长缓慢,其中高端引领能力不足、基础创新能力偏弱、协同创新能力不强是制约福建省产业链现代化的三大主要障碍。为此,需要从夯实创新基础、延伸产业链、构建高效协同创新网络、构筑安全高效产业链、提升全球化资源配置能力等方面提升福建省产业链现代化水平。
The evaluation index system is constructed from five dimensions,including basic innovation ability,high-end leading ability,collaborative innovation ability,industrial support and control power,and green and sustainable development.The entropy weight TOPSIS model and the obstacle degree analysis model are used to analyze the industry chain modernization index and its obstacle factors of Fujian Province from 2014 to 2020.The results show that the modernization degree of Fujian Province’s industrial chain is low,and the growth of the index is slow,the main obstacles which restrict the modernization of Fujian Province’s industrial chain are the lack of high-end leading ability,weak basic innovation ability and weak collaborative innovation ability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the innovation foundation,extend the industrial chain,build an efficient collaborative innovation network,build a safe and efficient industrial chain,and enhance the ability of global resource allocation to improve the modernization level of the industrial chain in Fujian Province.
