Progress on Anti-tumor Effect of Sanguinarine

摘要 血根碱(Sanguinarine)是一种苯菲啶异喹啉类生物碱,具有抗菌、消炎镇痛、抗肿瘤及杀虫等作用,已经作为一种新型药物用于医学和农业生产。论文主要介绍了血根碱抗肿瘤作用的研究概况,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,以期为该药在临床中的合理应用提供参考。 Sanguinarine is a benzene phenanthridine isoquinoline alkaloid which can anti-bacterial,anti-in-flammatory,anti-tumor,insecticidal effects and can induce apoptosis,and has been as a new type of drug in medicine and agricultural production.This review summarized research progress of sanguinarine on anti-tumor effects and its mechanism,which could provide a reference for the application of sanguinarine in clinical.
