将同批原料谷子的糙小米和小米采用感官分析和单粒重、十粒重、百粒重、千粒重称量计算的比较方法,分析研究糙小米的组织结构;按照《中国食物成分表》确定的24种谷物类粮食主要营养成分指标,检测糙小米和小米的营养成分,得出糙小米主要营养成分指标含量较高的结论,并提倡人们适量食用糙小米类粗粮杂粮,平衡膳食,对人体健康有着重要的现实意义。
