摘要
城镇地区由于人口密度较大,当地震发生时所造成的损失也相对较大,因此进行灾后的快速评估对地震应急救援决策非常重要。本文针对这一实际情况设计并开发基于GIS技术的地震快速评估系统,通过GIS空间分析能力,获得空间震害损失的空间分布结果,以直观了解掌握地震灾区分布情况,为政府做出快速的地震救援和救援物资部署提供重要的辅助决策支撑。
Earthquakes usually cause fairly heavy losses in the urban area due to its population density, so a rapid assessment system for urban earthquakes is crucial to the decision-making of emergency rescue services. With this understanding, this research develops a rapid GIS-based assessment system for urban earthquakes, which can get the spatial distribution results of earthquake damages very quickly and clearly, that is, a very useful means for the government＇s quick response to the earthquake rescue and relief supplies.
