摘要
中国信息化发展机遇与挑战共存,推进中国信息化的措施包括:需要实施"宽带中国计划",夯实推进信息化步伐的基础;通过制定"缩小数字鸿沟计划",构建公平的信息利用环境;推动信息化改造传统产业,发展新型服务业,推动国民经济结构的调整进程,为国民经济的持续健康稳定发展服务;构建公共信息服务平台,实现信息惠民,为国民提供安全、可靠、有保障的公共信息源。
The paper points out that the opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of China＇s informatization. In order to fulfill China＇s informatization Proper Propulsion, the following items should be put on： pushing forward ＂China＇ s broadband plan＂ to strengthen the basis of informatiztion; making out ＂narrowing Digital Divide＂ to build up fairly using environments of informatization; driving informatization to remould the traditional industries, developing the public platform of information service to provide the public reliable and security public information resources.
