摘要
由信息化、数字化到智慧城市的发展,相应要求特大城市积极向智慧城市转变,这也是特大城市解决突出问题,适应管理复杂化的必然要求。本文在分析特大城市与智慧城市关系的基础上,分析了智慧城市的主要特征,并以上海市与宁波市的智慧城市建设为例,展示了智慧城市的技术共性与相异的应用路径。在技术、体制、应用、产业促进等方面提出了推动特大城市向智慧城市发展的建议。
It is a remarkable issue for megacities to transform from information and digital technology city into a ＂Smarter Cities＂ ; also it is an inevitable requirement for megacities to adapt itself to complicated management. This paper expounds the features of smarter cities based on the comparison between megacities and smarter cities, demonstrates the technological application development paths to be the smarter cities based on the unity and diversity with a case of Shanghai and Ningbo. A suggestion is given for a megacity into a smarter city from the respects of technology system and industry upgrading
