摘要
群体性事件频发已成为当下社会、政府、学术界关心的热点话题,学术界对群体性事件防治的研究方兴未艾。然而单独以政府危机公关角度去应对社会危机事件,目前的研究成果仍较少。文章对国外、国内的现有研究情况进行了梳理,期待开辟深入研究群体性问题的政府危机公关快捷视角。
The issue of frequent occurrence of mass incidents has drowned at-tention of, government, and academia. Experts and scholar never stop their study on prevention and control of mass incidents has. However, such study as dealing with social crisis event from the perspective of government crisis public relations management is rare. by study on the existing domestic and abroad research, the author hopes to make a further study on the government managing crisis public relations and provide a quick view on this issue.
