医用加速器日检是放射治疗质量保证中的一个重要方面。简述晨检仪QA BeamChecker Plus(QABC+)在加速器日检中的使用方法和临床应用体会,并评价其性能优缺点。总体上,晨检仪QABC+可以方便、快捷检测加速器的输出剂量,平坦度和对称性等参数的稳定性。
The daily quality assurance （daily QA） is one of the most important contents in quality assurance of medical linear ac- celerators. The clinical experiences in dosimetric daily QA using QA BeamChecker Plus （ QABC ＋ ） are briefly introduced, and the performance of QABC ＋ isalso evaluated. Overall, as a daily QA tool, QABC ＋ is convenient to be used to check the output constancy, flatness change from baselineand symmetry change from baseline of Linac.
