摘要
高职院校教师职称评审和职务聘任是学校师资队伍建设的重要工作,也是高职院校人力资源管理的重要环节。文章对当前高职院校教师职称评审和职务聘任的误区进行了分析,并提出改进策略。
Title appraisal and position employment is an important work to teaching faculty construction in vocational colleges, and it is also an important part of human resources management in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current misunderstanding of title appraisal and position employment of vocational college teachers and puts forward some relevant strategies.
