摘要
目的：探讨内分泌紊乱与不孕不育的关系。方法：选择2011年10月～2013年9月在本院不孕门诊就诊的不孕妇女212例为研究组，根据月经是否规律分为月经正常组（99例）和月经紊乱组（113例），另选取同期在本院体检的生殖健康妇女186例为对照组，分别检测各组血液中内分泌激素水平，比较各组差异。结果：不孕组催乳素（PRL）、黄体生成素（LH）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）和促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平高于对照组（P〈0．05），游离甲状腺素（FT4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）水平与对照组无明显差异（P〉0．05），促卵泡激素（FSH）低于对照组（P〈0．01）；月经紊乱组PRL和LH水平高于对照组和月经正常组，促卵泡激素（FSH）低于对照组和月经正常组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），雌二醇（E2）和睾酮（T）的水平差异不明显（P〉0．05）；月经正常组性激素水平与对照组比较，无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：内分泌紊乱是导致不孕不育的原因之一，内分泌激素检测对女性不孕患者诊断和治疗有指导意义。
Objective： To explore the relationship between endocrine disorders and infertility. Methods. A total of 212 infertile women admitted from 2011 October to 2013 September in our hospital were selected as study group. According to the menstrual regularity they were divided into normal men struation group （99 cases） and menstrual disorder group （113 cases）, 186 healthy women were selected as control group. The level of endocrine hormone in blood were detected and compared. Results： Prolactin and luteinizing hormone, fasting insulin and thyroid stimulating hormone levels in infertile group was sig nificantly higher than control group. There was no significant difference in free thyroxine （FT4 three）,free triiodothyronine （FT3） levels among groups （P〉0.05）. Follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） in infertile group was significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.01）. PRL and LH levels of menstrual disorder menstrual group was higher than control group and normal group, FSH was significantly lower than those in the control group and the normal menstrual group （P 〈 0.01）, there was no significant difference in estradiol and testosterone （T） （P〉0.05）; there was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between normal menstruation group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： Endocrine disorder is one of the causes of infertility, endocrine hormone detection is of guiding significance in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility patients.
