摘要
在卵石地层中施工跨度大、间距小、断面多的渡线段隧道,难度很大。通过数值模拟和工程类比,确定了从大洞向小洞(纵向)、先小洞后大洞(横向)的施工顺序,解决了不同断面、工法的合理过渡及小间距隧道群洞效应;采用径向注浆方案解决了小间距隧道间土体加固的难题;采取构造梁柱体系、错开破洞及分段拆除临时支撑的方法,实现了受力合理转换。采取潜孔锤跟管钻进工艺,解决了砂卵石地层打设管棚的难度。
Connecting tunnel construction is quite difficult in cobble layer because it' s large-span, small spacing and fickle cross section. The construction sequence was finalized by numerical simulation and engineering analogy. It is from large section tunnel to small one longitudinally, and from small section tunnel to large one transversally. In this way, transitional construction with different sections and technology is successfully completed and muhi-cavity effect of small spacing construction is conquered. Radial grouting can solve the problem of soil reinforcement among small spacing tunnel. Reasonable force transformation is achieved by column and beam construction, stagger tunnel construction and temporary support dismantled at every section. DTH hammer along with conductor pipe can satisfy pipe shed construction in cobble layer.
