美国管理式医疗是目前医疗费用管理的主要模式。本文主要介绍了美国管理式医疗的特点及其制度设计与运行方式。并通过深入分析美国管理式医疗的先进经验,为我国控制医疗费用快速增长提出建设性意见。
At present, American Managed Care is the main mode of management of medical care cost. This article introduces the characteristics of managed care, as well as the system design and operation mechanism of medical institutions in the United States. And through the in-depth analysis and reviews of the advanced experience of American Managed Care, recommended measures were put forward on the control of the rapid growth of medical care costs in China.
