29例急性肺栓塞患者误诊分析

摘要 目的对急性肺栓塞患者误诊原因进行分析,为此类疾病的临床诊断与治疗提供依据。方法选取本院于2011年6月~2013年6月出现的急性肺栓塞误诊患者29例,对其临床症状及辅助检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 29例患者首次误诊为急性左心衰、冠心病10例,心肌梗死7例,右心衰3例,冠心病5例,结核性胸膜炎3例,急性支气管炎1例,误诊时间为7d^7个月。结论急性肺栓塞在临床中误诊率相对较高,医师应不断提升自身对这一疾病的认识,尽量展开早期诊断并尽早进行治疗,从而提高治疗效果。
