政府防治家庭暴力的国际经验及启示 被引量：5

A Review on National Strategies in Combating Domestic Violence and Its Implications

摘要 本文选取了5个典型国家和地区,分别考察了它们在防治家庭暴力方面的国家政策,服务协调的中央处理机制以及反家暴政策措施的成效,总结各个国家防治家庭暴力的一般模式,并结合我国的经验,谈谈各国政府应对家庭暴力的政策措施对于我国的启示,为我国完善防治家庭暴力的法律政策及实践提供建议。 This study selects 5 typical countries/districts and reviews their national policies and strategies to combate domestic violence, the central mechanisms for the implementation of policies of domestic violence and the coordination of service delivery, and the effectiveness of polices implementation in some countries. In the end of this essay, this study provides implications for improving national polices and strategies for preventing domestic violence in China.
