摘要
目的建立一种离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法测定燕窝、速食燕窝及银耳、海藻酸钠、鱼胶等常见伪品燕窝中N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量。方法采用DionexICS-5000离子色谱仪、DionexASRSRR5004-mm抑制器、电导检测器测定,色谱柱为CarbonPacPAI柱,柱温为30℃.流动相为100mmol/LNaOH+50mmol/LNaAc,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL,分别测定燕窝、速食燕窝及伪品中N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量。结果N-乙酰神经氨酸在0.25~5.00μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;在燕窝中的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论本方法灵敏度高、重复性好,可准确测定燕窝中^L乙酰神经氨酸的含量,为燕窝的质量控制提供了一种检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of N-acetyl neuraminic acid in bird's nests,its fast foods and common counterfeit products. Methods The Dionex ICS-5000 ion chromatography was adapted and equipped with CarbonPac PAI analytical column, eluted by 100 mmoL/L of NaOH+50 mmol/L NaAc solution at a flow of 1.0 mL/min. Each injection volume was 10 μL with Dionex ASRSRR500 4-mm suppressor and the conductive detector. Results It showed a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.25 and 5.00 μg/mL with r of 0.999 9. The mean recovery was 99. 7% with RSD of 0. 82% ( n = 6). Conclusion This method was highly sensitive with good repeatability and accuracy, which is suitable for the determination of N-acetyl neuraminic acid content in the bird's nest.
