摘要
采用感官检查、显微镜检及水解试验、茚三酮试验等方法,对燕窝及燕窝制品的真假鉴别进行了研究。使用本法对市售30多种燕窝及燕窝制品进行了定性检验,效果较为满意,水解试验尚可对燕窝含量进行半定量检测。本方法操作简便、快速,具有实用和推广价值。
Genuine edible bird's nest commands a high price premium and is much sought after delicacy among the Chinese for its whole some nutritional quality in Chinese medicine and health food. There are many kinds of imitation bird's nest and its products on the market. The method to different between the genuine and imitation bird's nest were studied. More than 30 kinds of edible bird's nest and its products purchasd from market were identified by this method. The results showed this method was simple, fast, precise and useful.
