摘要
阐述了数字化工厂对于精密注塑模具生产的重要性,分析了其主要功能要求,并以此进行了数字化工厂的总体方案设计。针对产品数据管理、工件的快速识别、刀具寿命管理以及柔性制造车间的规划等关键技术进行了详细研究,可对数字化工厂技术在精密注塑模具企业的普遍应用提供参考。
The importance of digital factories for precision injection mould manufacturing was expounded. The main functional requirement was analyzed, and the overall system scheme was designed. The key technologies were studied in detail, such as product data management, rapid work-piece identification, tool life management and flexible manufacturing workshop planning. The design could provide technical supports for the widely application of digital factory technology in precision injection mould.
