摘要
首先阐述了数字化工厂的概念以及工艺规划所起的主要作用,然后分析了数字化工艺规划的框架和实施步骤,通过应用Tecnomatix解决方案中eM Power软件,以某发动机缸盖的生产线规划为例,特别研究了数字化工艺规划中基础数据库的建立以及特征识别等部分,从而得出数字化技术在工艺规划中所发挥的巨大作用及其广阔的应用前景。
It describes the concept of digital factory as well as the main role of process planning, analyzes the framework and implementation steps of digital process planning. By application of eM Power system in Tecnomatix solutions, it takes the production line of engine cylinder head as an example, shows some key technology such as the establishment of the database, the feature identification in digital process planning. The results present that the method is great role of digital technology playing in process planning and wild application prospects.
