摘要
针对不能很好地适应学生身心和谐发展的部分进行了改革探索,通过对课内教学、课外体育活动和学生体质测试等方面的改革尝试,以期构建"课内外一体化"的公共体育课教学模式,为推动我国高校体育课程改革的可持续发展提供某些参考。
Based on the current under the background of sunshine sports , public colleges and universities sports curriculum of several common problems existing in the teaching process , dongguan institute of technology for not well adapt to the harmonious development of students body and mind part has carried on the reform to explore , through the classroom teaching and extracurricular sports activities and students physical fitness test reform attempt , in order to build a ＆quot;class integration＆quot;of public physical education teaching mode , to promote the sustainable de-velopment of our country university sports curriculum reform to provide some reference .
