摘要
为了振兴经济,国际协定成为克服语言和文化等障碍促进各国之间交流与合作的重要途径。跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(TPP)希望通过放宽亚洲—太平洋地区国家之间的贸易约束促进双边或多边的合作和商务。不同国际协议成员之间的交错使得亚太地区国家彼此之间相互关联、竞争和牵制,格局形势日趋复杂化,TPP的产生使得错综复杂的亚太地区国家关系中增加了新的选择。面对TPP形成的压力与挑战,中国应架构自身的国际经济政治战略部署,在不同方向延伸和拓展,通过战略性经济带扩充贸易发展空间,增强区域的国际领导力。我国正处于改革开放的关键时期,在开拓和加宽国际交往和合作的同时,增强创新能力和发展自身经济,实现长期稳定增长才是根本。国强民富的经济实力最终必将提升国际政治影响力。
To develop economy,international agreement is the important way to overcome obstacles of language and culture and to encourage communication and cooperation among countries.Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement(TPP) is aiming at relaxing trade restrictions among Asia-Pacific countries and strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation and commercial affairs.Staggered different international agreements in Asia-Pacific area make countries related,competed,and contained,and complicate the pattern.TPP is a new choice among complex country relationship.In face of pressure and challenge of TPP,China should establish international economic and political strategy disposition in different directions and establish strategically economic belt to expand trade development and international leadership.In the crucial period of reform and open,China should open up and widen international communication and cooperation,strengthen innovation ability and economy.The root is to achieve long-term growth.Finally,economic strength will promote internationally political power.
