摘要
目的 探讨采用锁定钢板（LCP）联合自体髂骨打压植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 对28例肱骨近端骨折的老年患者采用三角肌胸大肌人路、切开复位、LCP联合自体髂骨打压植骨治疗。结果 患者均获随访，时间8～24个月，骨折均骨性愈合。肩关节功能评定按Neer百分评分：优秀17例，良好8例，可3例。结论 应用LCP联合自体髂骨打压植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折，有利于骨折复位、愈合及早期功能锻炼，临床效果满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the proximal humerus fractures with locking compression plate（LCP） and autologous iliac bone impaction graft（AIBIG） in elderly patients. Methods 28 elderly patients with proximal humerus fractures were treated with open reduction, internal fixation with LCP and AIBIC. Re- sults 28 patients were followed up for 8 ～ 24 months, and all patients obtained bone union. According to Neer shoulder score, the results were excellent in 17 cases, good in 8 and fair in 3. Conclusions LCP and AIBIG in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients allows early function exercise and has satisfaction of clini cal curative effect.
