摘要
本文从我国水资源及其利用的现状出发 ,分析了我国水资源破坏和污染状况及其原因 ,从可持续发展的角度 ,提出了水资源开发、利用、保护和治理的建议性对策。
The paper describes the present status of exploitation and utilization of wafer resources in China and the reasons for their deterioration and pollution.In the view of sustainable development,feasible measures related with exploitation,utilization,protection and pollution mitigation of water resources have been introduced in the paper.
