摘要
假定相同工作要求的工作工资不同 ,不同工作要求的工作工资也不同 ;岗位工作要求越高 ,工作岗位的期望工资越高 .应用信息经济学的搜寻理论建立了下岗职工寻找工作模型 .其主要发现是保留工资较高或较年轻的劳动力寻找工作时间较长 ,失业可能性较大 ;工作能力较强的劳动力 ,再就业可能性较大 ;劳动力市场越完善 ,劳动力寻找工作的时间越少 ,失业率越低 ,再就业比例越高 .再就业工作重点应是那些就业意愿较强的劳动力 ;社会援助重点应是低收入群体 .
The model for the laid off workers to find a new job was established by assuming that both the same jobs and different jobs may have different wages, that the more requisitions the job needs, the higher pay the job expects, and by using the search theory of information economics. The authors find that those workers who have a higher reservation wage or are younger will spend more time to find a job, and are easily unemployed; and that those who with better working capacity have a good chance to be re employed. In addition, the more perfect the labor force market is, the less time should be taken for the laid off worker to find a job, and hence the higher proportion of re employment is. So the emphasis of re employment project should be laid on the labor force who has a strong will in taking up an occupation, and the social assistance should be attached to the lower income groups.
