摘要
:在对 2 1世纪未来 5 0年中国城市化发展预测的基础上 ,论述了有中国特色的城市化道路需加强城市水土保持生态建设的必要性 ,进而提出了城市水土保持在积极推进知识、理念、技术和管理机制的创新中 ,需重点强化水土保持生态环境的基本国策地位 ,努力定位于城市土地的质量监测和行业生态建设的管理 ;加快水土保持管理和监测手段现代化 ,加速建设高水平。
Based on the prediction of urbanized water and soil conservation in the future China of next 50 years in 21 century,the author reveal the necessary of strengthening the eco environmental construction of urbanized water and soil conservation in the Chinese characteristics and putting forth to strengthen the basic national policy should be sticked and control the land quality and management of the eco environmental construction,to speed up the mordenization of its inspection and measures on the water and soil conservation and set up the managemental leader group in a high quality and level of its control as soon as possible in the period of its urbanization and renew the knowledge idea and technology of its mechanism.
