摘要
通过组织和实施模拟食品理化检测岗位实训技能竞赛活动,了解学生学习水平和检测能力情况,对竞赛中出现的问题进行分析、探讨、总结和改革,推动食品理化检测技术课程的教学改革。
Through organizing and implement ing experimental skills competition to simulated food physical and chemical detection of jobs, and understand ing students＆#39; learning level and detection capabilities , this paper analyzes, discusses, summarizes and reforms the problems in the competition, and promotes the teaching reform of the food physical and chemical detection course.
