摘要
介绍了活鱼运输中使用的镇静类药物的种类和使用方法,分析了镇静剂在鱼体内的残留与消除的影响因素,指出目前国内鱼用镇静剂使用存在的主要问题,应尽快完善相关的法规制度;制定操作性和适用性较强的检测方法并形成标准,对常用的鱼用镇静剂残留进行监控;进一步加强价廉质优和安全性高的新型鱼用镇静剂的开发。
The types of sedatiw drugs and how they were used during transportation of live fish were introduced. The factors influencing the residues of sedative drugs in fish and its elimination rules were analyzed. The inadequacies of the present research were pointed out. Meanwhile, the prospect of the related research in aquatic products was fore- tasted. The main problems about the use of sedative drugs in transportation of live fish were pointed out, and relevant laws and applicative detection methods should be improved to control the use of sedative residues in fish and promote the development of safe and cost- effective new sedative drugs.
