基于汉赛巴尔通体外膜蛋白构建ELISA检测方法及其应用 被引量:1

Establishment of a Home-Made ELISA Method Based on the Outer Membrane Protein of Bartonella henselae

摘要 汉赛巴尔通体是人类猫抓病的主要病原体,亦是艾滋病人及部分免疫低下人群杆菌性血管瘤的致病原。本实验利用汉赛巴尔通体外膜蛋白建立ELISA检测方法。通过平行检测实验证实本研究建立的ELISA方法检测效率与商品化免疫荧光(IFA)试剂盒具有较高一致性。运用本研究建立的ELISA方法初步对180个健康志愿者的血液样本和34个淋巴结病患者血液样本进行检测,结果发现25%的健康志愿者,41%的患者血清反应呈巴尔通体阳性感染。 A home-made ELISA kit for detection of Bartonella henselae (Bh) infection in humans was established by using outer membrane proteins.Efficacy of the established ELISA was convinced bycomparing with commercial IFA kit.180 blood samples from healthy volunteers and 43 blood samples from inpatients with lymphadenitis were tested by the method of ELISA.The results showed that 25% out of the180 healthy volunteers and 41% out of the 34 patients were seropositive with Bh infection.
