摘要
目的:用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定某蒙药样品Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Sr、Se 7种微量元素含量。方法:选择ICP-AES仪器测定条件为射频功率1 150 W,冲洗泵速50 rpm,分析泵速50 rpm,辅助器流量0.5 L/min,积分时间30 s,进样方式为溶液雾化进样。结果:该方法对各元素的检测限为0.001 6~0.799 8μg/mL,RSD〈6%,灌木枝叶成分分析标准物质GBW07602(GSV-1)的测定值与标准值差异无统计学意义。结论:该方法简便、灵敏度高、准确性好,可对多种元素同时测定。
Objective: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- AES) method was taken to determine the content of 7 kinds of trace elements( Zn,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Sr,Se) in the skin- producing ointment of Mongolian medicine. Methods: The instrumental determination condition of ICP- AES was established to be rf power 1 150 W,washing pump speed 50 RPM,analysis pump speed 50 RPM,assisted flow 0. 5 L / min,integral time 30 s and the sample way: solution spray into the samples as. Results: ICP- AES' detection limit of each element was 0. 001 6 ~ 0. 7998 μg / mL,RSD 6 %. There was no significant difference between the measure value of standard material GBW07602( GSV- 1) and the standard value in the composition analysis of shrubs,branches and leaves. Conclusion: ICP- AES is a simple and accurate method with high sensitivity,and can be used for simultaneous determination of a variety of elements.
