摘要 本文报告应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法,采用20 mg/ml样品溶液,用元素间干扰系数法校正光谱干扰,标准物质检验方法的准确性,同时测定南药中大量和微量元素,同中子活化分析法和原子吸收光谱法测得值对比,结果是满意的。 The major, minor and trace elements in 26 kinds of Chinese traditional drugs preduced from the tropics and subtropics have been determined by ICP-AES simultaneously. 20 mg/ml sample solution was inducled and a method for the interelement interferences ratios was used to correct the spectral interferences. The results have been compared with those obtained by AAS and NAA. The results are satisfactory.
