摘要
目的了解太原市水产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染状况及其毒力情况,为预警由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒提供科学依据。方法采集太原市超市和批发市场出售的水产品,进行副溶血性弧菌的分离与鉴定;用PCR方法检测分离出的副溶血性弧菌毒力基因tdh和trh。结果 150份水产品中共检出受到副溶血性弧菌污染的样品15份,阳性率10%;生鲜类水产品和熟制类水产品两组间副溶血性弧菌污染状况具有显著差异;生鲜类淡水产品和生鲜类海产品两组间副溶血性弧菌污染状况具有显著差异。本次分离到的15株副溶血性弧菌均没有检测到毒力基因tdh和trh。结论不要生食水产品,避免由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒;淡水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染严重,应加强淡水产品的检测。
Objective To investigate the contamination and virulence gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products in Taiyuan and provide evidence for preventing Vibrio parahaemolyticus related food poisoning. Methods Samples were collected from supermarkets and wholesale markets in Taiyuan for isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. PCR was used to detect the virulence genes tdh and trh in these Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates. Results In the 150 aquatic product samples, 15 samples were found Vibrio parahaemolyticus positive( 10%); Fresh aquatic products and cooked aquatic foods showed obvious difference in Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination; Freshwater aquatic products were significantly more contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus than fresh sea aquatic products. Virulence genes tdh and trh were not detected in the isolates from the 15 samples. Conclusion Aquatic products should be cooked for eating,or there might be a risk of food poisoning; Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination was found serious in freshwater aquatic products,so surveillance for freshwater aquatic products should be strengthened.
