利用黑玉米粉为主要原料,经糊化、老化、干燥及油炸膨化等工艺,将其制作成膨化型黑玉米香酥片。产品配方为黑玉米粉l00%,面粉30%,马铃薯淀粉70%,木薯淀粉4%,调味料5%。
Using black maize as main material, the crisp prepared by means of gelatinization, aging, drying and fry technology.the formula of product are maize meal 100%, flour 30%, potato starch 7%, tapioca 4% and the flavour 5%.
