摘要
对某部卫生装备管理提出了紧扣作战任务、完善库房建设、储足装备物资、正规装备秩序的卫生装备管理方法;着眼卫生装备保障实际,强化装备技能训练,总结了"三训",即岗位训、比武强化训、借力帮训;创新卫生装备组训模式,搞好"三练",即分层练、分装练、多法练;同时注重装备的攻难克弱,对卫生装备训练、管理进行了有益的探索和总结,并对提升卫生装备效益提出了建议。
Medical equipment management is explored with the focuses on combat, warehouse, materials reserve and standardization. Medical equipment training is improved from three aspects of post, competition and cooperation, which is organized with emphases on level, equipment and method.
