摘要
阐述了部队卫生装备维修保障的现状,通过有利和不利因素分析,确定装备生产厂家、专业维修机构和使用单位在卫生装备维修保障工作中的地位与作用,提出了充分发挥装备生产厂家作用、转变专业维修机构职能、增强使用单位自我保障能力、实现军地联合多层次分工协作的维修保障新模式,为解决卫生装备维修保障不及时和装备完好率下降的问题提供了建设性意见。
The status of military medical equipment maintenance is described.The role and the function of the equipment manufacturers,the professional service organizations and the using departments are determined through analysing positive and negative factors.An new maintenance mode is proposed including fully playing the role of equipment manufacturers, changing the functions of the professional service organizations,enhancing the using departments＇ self-protection abilities, and achieving the joint collaboration of multi-level maintenance.Meanwhile,some constructive advice is provided to solve the problem of how to protect the equipment and how to maintenance in time.
