摘要
目的:研制一种可重复使用的输液报警器,在不增加输液成本的情况下,实现对输液过程的监控。方法:由壳体、设置于壳体内的电路板、激振器共同组成输液报警器,穿刺针伸出壳体设置于激振器上,激振器上设置振动传感器的信号输入电路板,并连接有蜂鸣器及指示灯,电路板控制激振器和蜂鸣器工作。使用时,将穿刺针刺入输液通道内,激振器振动带动穿刺针振动,当穿刺针周围由药液变为空气时,穿刺针振动频率、振幅等参数发生变化,激振器的振动参数受到影响也发生变化,振动传感器检测到该变化后生成信号发给电路板,控制蜂鸣器发声或者发光。结果:输液报警器通过将穿刺针刺入输液管路,实现了快速与现有输液器的配合使用,操作方便快捷,报警器每次使用后可快速更换穿刺针,满足重复使用要求。结论:输液报警器在输液结束时可实现声光自动报警,提高了输液安全性。
Objective To develop a reusable audible and visual alarm for monitoring transfusion without increasing the cost. Methods The alarm was composed of a shell, an internal circuit board and a vibrator. The vibrator involved a puncture needle across the shell and a signal-receiving circuit board of a vibration transducer, and was connected with a buzzer and an indicator light both controlled by the board. When the needle was inserted into the transfusion pathway, the vibrator drove the needle to vi- brate with some frequency and amplitude. The frequency and amplitude changed when the needle was surrounded by the air, then some changes happened to the frequency and amplitude of the vibrator accordingly, and the transducer detected the changes and generated some signals and then transmitted them to the circuit board to drive the buzzer and light for audible and visible alarming. Results The alarm could be used with the existing transfusion apparatus rapidly and conveniently, which was reusable by replacing the puncture needle. Conclusion The transfusion alarm can give out sounds and lights automatically when the transfusion is completed, and thus can enhance the safety of the transfusion greatly.
