摘要 目的:设计一种简易医用输液报警器。方法:采用单片机为处理芯片,利用光电转换原理对输液器输出液体进行监测,液面异常或输液完毕时,通过阻断输液齿条对输液进行阻断,并通过声光报警指示医用输液状态。有内置电池,既可外接市电使用,也可充电后使用。结果:经过临床测试,可准确对输液进行监测并及时通知医务人员,体积小,耗电量少,使用方便,价格低廉。结论:适应野战和救灾等特殊医疗环境,平时医院使用也非常方便,值得推广。 Obits-tire To design a simple medical infusion alarm device. Methods With SCM and photoelectric conversion mobilized, the alarm device could stop infusion through a infusion-block rack and give off audible and visible alarm in the case of abnormal liquid level or completed infusion. Both the internal reusable battery and electric supply could be used as the power source. Results Clinical tests proved that the device, being small, low-power-consumption, easy-to-use and low-cost, could be used for infusion monitoring and alarm for the medical staff. Conclusion The medical infusion alarm de- vice adapts itself to special environments such as field operation and disaster relief as well as hospital application at peace- time, and is worth popularizing.
