欧洲对“少数民族”概念的界定探析 被引量：1

摘要 从20世纪初开始,欧洲就开始对"少数民族"的概念进行界定,几十年来,该概念在欧洲仍然未获得统一,甚至有些国家反对出台一个统一的概念。但是,长期的探索使欧洲对"少数民族"概念的基本要素有了初步的共识。总的来说,欧洲对"少数民族"的概念作狭隘理解,即"少数民族"定义的内涵较多,成为"少数民族"的标准较高;同时,欧洲国际组织允许不同国家在界定"少数民族"概念时存在一定的差异。
