摘要
现代民族国家的兴起与发展,在人类社会引发了两大政治潮流:一是民族独立运动,即寻求自由、独立和平等的民族力图建立民族独立国家;二是国家整合运动,即民族国家力图以共同的国家认同为基础,有机整合国内各民族,从而建立一体化的民族国家共同体。于是,在全球范围内,民族与国家之间就出现极为复杂的政治关系。本文主要探讨在民族国家建设过程中,国家整合与保障国内少数民族权力之间的内在关系。
The rise and development of modern nation - state arose 2 political tides in human society： one is national independent movement, i. e. the nations seeking for freedom, independence and equality try to set up a national independent country; the other is movement of state conformity, i. e. nation- states try to base on the common state identification, and conform every domestic nationalities to set up integrative nationstate community. Thus in the global scope, the very complicated political relationship appears between the nation and state. The article mainly discusses on the inner relationship between the state conformity and ensure for domestic national rights on the phase of erecting a nation - state.
