摘要
根据国际食品科学专业认证要求,本文从师资队伍、教学设施、培养方案的制定、实施、效果跟踪、考核、评估、反馈完善等几个方面对食品科学本科生培养进行了探讨,目的是加强食品科学教育,追求卓越,方便专业认证。在此过程中食品科学核心能力培养及其基于学生教育成果的评估是培养方案的核心。
Education reform for undergraduate in food science filed was explored in term of faculty,facilities, curriculum and its implement,evaluation. It is aimed to enhancing the education quality of food science, promoting continued excellence in food science education and facilitating the approval of undergraduate food science program by IFT. In this process,core competencies in food science and performance assessments based on learning outcomes are the core elements of food science program.
