摘要
目的 分析骨科下肢创伤患者的临床急救措施与急救效果.方法 选取2011-04～2013-02间在我院进行急救治疗的70例骨科下肢创伤患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析.结果 所有患者均顺利度过危险期,无死亡,抢救成功率为100％.结论 骨折下肢创伤患者的临床急救要根据专业程序指导进行,严密观测患者生命体征,把握危重部位,展开急救治疗与护理,以便患者能够得到及时的救治,顺利度过危险期.
Objective To analyze the clinical orthopedic lower limb trauma and first aid and the effectiveness. Methods 70 patients with lower limb trauma from April, 2011 to February, 2013 in the hospital for emergency medical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were successfully passed the critical stage with no death, and the survival rate was 100%. Conclusion Lower limb fracture trauma patients clinical emergency procedures should be according to professional guidance, the patient vital signs be closely ob- served, the critical parts be grasped, and the first - aid treatment and care be done, so that patients can receive timely treatment and suc- cessfully pass the critical stage.
