摘要
目的研究钢板内固定联合外固定治疗不稳定骨盆疗效。方法选择2009年3月至2012年3月我院收治的180例不稳定骨盆患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机分为三组,每组各60例患者。分别采用内固定、外固定或者内固定联合外固定的手术方式对患者进行治疗。结果术后,发现内固定联合外固定组治疗的临床改善优良率(93.3%)明显高于内固定组(68.3%)和外固定组(63.3%),三组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内固定联合外固定组患者的切口愈合时间(9.9±2.6周)明显短于内固定组(14.8±2.2周)和外固定组(14.4±2.8周),术后并发症的发生率(15%)明显低于内固定组(11.7%)和外固定组(5%),三组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钢板内固定联合外固定治疗不稳定骨盆疗效显著,明显优于单独使用内固定或外固定。
Objective To study the efficacy of steel plate internal fixation with external fixation to unstable pelvic.Methods 180 cases patients with unstable pelvic from March,2009 to March,2012 were studied.In accordance with the table of random numbers,they were randomly divided into three groups,each group had 60 patients.Internal fixation,external fixation or internal fixation with outside fixed surgical were used to patients.Results After treatment,the therapy clinical improvement excellent rate（93.3%） of internal fixation with external fixation group was significantly higher than the internal fixation group（68.3%） and the external fixation group（63.3%）,comparison of three groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment,the wound healing time（9.9 ± 2.6 weeks） of internal fixation with external fixation group was significantly shorter than the internal fixation group（14.8 ± 2.2 weeks） and external fixation group（14.4 ± 2.8 weeks）,the incidence of postoperative complications（15%） was significantly lower than the internal fixation group（11.7%） and the external fixation group（5%）,three groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions The steel plate internal fixation with external fixation of unstable pelvic has significant effect,and is significantly better than the separate use of internal fixation or external fixation.
