Preliminary trial report on cutting propagation of Hedera helix

摘要 【目的】探讨不同种类外源激素、不同处理浓度、不同处理时间对小叶常春藤扦插生根、成活的效果,为小叶常春藤快速繁殖和大面积推广应用提供参考依据。【方法】以当年生、1年生、2年生健壮无病虫害的日本小叶常春藤为试验材料,采用4因素3水平正交试验,研究外源生长激素吲哚乙酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)和ABT生根粉1号(ABT1)不同浓度、不同处理时间和不同插穗类型对日本小叶常春藤扦插生根效果的影响。【结果】外源生长激素种类、浓度、处理时间及插穗类型对小叶常春藤扦插成活率、生根数、根鲜重和平均根长均有显著影响,其中S7处理(ABT1100mg/L浸泡1年生小叶常春藤插穗12 h)的成活率最高达95.53%,与其他处理差异显著(P<0.05);对插穗扦插成活率的影响大小顺序是:插穗类型>激素种类>激素浓度>处理时间。【结论】影响小叶常春藤扦插成活率的主要因素是插穗类型,以1年生插穗扦插效果最好;选择ABT1100 mg/L浸泡1年生小叶常春藤插穗12 h最易于其生根和成活。 [Objective]Effects of different exogenous hormones, processing concentrations, and time on rooting of Hedera helix and survival were studied to provide references for rapid propagation and large-area application of Hedera helix.[Method]The strong and disease-free Hedera helix branches at 0,1,2 years old were used as materials. An orthogonal test with four factors and three levels was conducted to study the effects of different exogenous hormone (IBA, NAA and ABT1) concentrations , cutting types and processing time on Hedera helix. [Result]The results showed that cutting survival rate , rooting number, root fresh weight and average root length of Hedera helix were all significantly impacted by auxin type, aux-in concentration, processing time and cutting kind, which S7 (ABT1 100 mg/L, soaking one-year-old Hedera helix cutting for 12 h) was the best treatment with its cutting survival rate of 95.53%. S7 was significantly different from other treatments. (P〈0.05). The influence order on cutting survival rate was cutting kind, auxin type, auxin concentration and processing time.[Conclusion]The cutting kind was the most important factor for survival rate of cuttings. One-year-old cuttings produced the best cutting effects. One-year-old Hedera helix cutting soaked with 100 mg/L ABT1 for 12 hours was the best for rooting and survival.
