高效能源植物绿玉树扦插繁殖技术研究 Ⅰ.温度、光长和空气湿度对绿玉树冷害嫩枝扦插成活率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 湛江地区冬天多为干旱季节,所以绿玉树扦插繁殖一般在冬后进行,而冬后的绿玉树嫩枝通常都曾遭受冷害,故研究了扦插后的培养温度、光长和相对湿度对经9℃以下低温冷害的绿玉树嫩枝扦插成活率的影响,结果表明:12、15、18、21、24℃等5个培养温度处理的嫩枝扦插成活率差异极显著,其中以15℃处理的扦插成活率最高、达75%,且与18℃以上各处理差异极显著;10、12、14 h/d 3个光长处理间的越冬嫩枝扦插成活率差异不显著;空气湿度20%、30%、40%、50%、60%5个处理间的嫩枝扦插成活率差异显著,其中以空气湿度20%处理的扦插成活率最高、达62.5%,且与其他处理差异。 Because of the winter in Zhanjiang is the dry season, the cutting propagation of milk bush generally carries on after the winter, while overwintering shoot cuttings were often cold damaged. In order to increase the survival rate of the overwiutering shoot cuttings of energy-efficient plant Euphorbia tiruealli. The influence of temperature, photoperiod and air humidity to the survival rate of the overwintering shoot cuttings of energy-efficient plant Euphorbia tiruealli was studied. The results showed that the survival rate between the temperature of 12 ℃, 15 ℃, 18 ℃, 21 ℃, 24 ℃ was very significant, 15℃ treatment was the highest and reached 75%, and very significantly higher than that of all the 18℃ and above treatments. While the survival rate between the photoperiod of 10 h/d, 12 h/d and 14 h/d was not significant. The survival rate between the air humidity of 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% was very significant, 20% treatment was the highest and reached 62.5%, and very significantly higher than that of all the other treatments.
