摘要
党的"十八大"提出,要完善公共文化服务体系,提高服务效能,到2020年基本建成现代公共文化服务体系。公共文化服务体系在制度层面和实践层面被确认后,如何建立一套完善、规范的公共文化服务评价体系则成为迫切要求。本文以河北省2010-20122010 2012年的11个市为研究样本,采用因子分析法对现有公共文化服务体系进行综合评价,发现问题并提出完善河北省公共文化服务体系的对策建议。
The 18th National Congress of CPC put forward to perfect the public cultural service system, increase the service efficiency, and build the modem public cultural service system basically by 2020. After the public cultural service system is recognized in system and practice, it is essential to establish a set of perfect and normative evaluations o0f the public cultural service system. This article takes 11 cities in Hebei province from 2010 to 2012 as the study samples, applies the factor analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation of the existing public cultural service system in Hebei province, finds problems and puts forward advices on perfecting the public cultural service system in Hebei province.
