摘要
文化创意产业作为新兴产业,对我国经济发展和产业转型升级具有重要意义。产业集聚效应是反映某一产业在当地发展速度与效率的重要指标之一。因此,通常来讲,要分析某一地区的经济发展规模与速度,主要是利用对产业集聚效应的测算结果来衡量的。本文以北京市文化创意产业为例,以不变替代弹性生产函数为基础,通过对北京市文化创意产业的相关指标进行回归分析,测算北京市文化创意产业的集聚效应,并在深入分析北京市文化创意产业集聚效应影响因素的基础上,给出了相关的政策建议。
As an emerging industry, the cultural and creative industry is very important for the economic development and industrial transition and upgrading of our country. Industrial agglomeration effect is an important index to value one industry＇ devel- opment speed and efficiency. To measure and calculate the industrial agglomeration effect is an important measure to analyze the speed and scale of regional economic development. By taking the creative industry of Beijing as an example, this article takes the model of constant substitution elasticity production as foundation to measure and calculate the agglomeration effect of the creative industry of Beijing, through the regression analysis of relative factors of the creative industry of Beijing. Through analyzing the factors of the agglomeration effect of the creative industry of Beijing, the article gives some adviees to improve the agglomeration effect.
