摘要
“十一五”期间,北京提出要大力发展文化创意产业,使之成为首都经济的支柱产业。北京发展文化创意产业必须树立全球观念,通过走国际化道路获得更大的发展空间。北京文化创意产业国际化已经具备了一定的基础,但国际化整体水平不高,未来应充分发挥首都丰富的人才、科技、信息等创意资源优势,通过培育跨国企业和知名品牌,加强政府扶持等措施全面推进文化创意产业国际化发展。
During the 1 lth Five-year Period, we should take an internationalization strategy to get more space for the development of Beijing cultural and creative industries. And the government ought to provide more support in enhancing and utilizing the Capital' s advantages in creative resources such as talented technology and information industry, in attracting multinational companies and top brands so as to facilitate the growth and internationalization of the cultural and creative industries.
