摘要
没有水的可持续利用和保护 ,社会经济的持续发展就不能实现 ,本文基于这一认识 ,提出了建立水工业 ,减少水体污染 ,充分利用并保护水资源。
Socioeconomic sustainable development can't be realized without water sustainable utilization and protection.Based on this view,the paper points out to establish water industry,reduce water pollution,make full use and protect the water resource.
