摘要
以模拟生活污水为处理对象,重点研究了在硝化液回流比(α)为100%,内循环回流比(R)分别为100%、150%、200%条件下A^3/O-MBR工艺脱氮除磷特性。结果表明,内循环回流比对COD、NH4_+^-N和TN去除影响较小,COD、NH_4+^-N和TN平均出水分别小于50、2和20 mg/L,去除率分别保持在95%、97%和70%以上。TP去除率随回流比增大而增大,在进水平均TP质量浓度为4.26、7.68和7.70 mg/L条件下,平均TP出水质量浓度分别为1.67、1.31、0.99 mg/L,去除率分别为60.80%、82.94%和87.14%。同时增大内循环回流比有利于厌氧区磷的释放及缺氧Ⅱ区磷的吸收,释磷量由0.252 g/d增加至1.864 g/d,吸磷量由0.108 g/d增加至2.160 g/d。
Using the synthetic domestic sewage as treatment object, focused on the A3/O-MBR process characteristics of denitrification and phosphorus removal when nitrate recycling ratio(α) of 100%, and internal return ratio(R) as 100%, 150%, 200% respectively. The results showed that the removal rates of COD, NH_4+-N and TN are almost not influenced by the change of internal recycle ratio, and the effluent concentrations of COD, NH_4+-N and TN less than 50, 2, 20 mg/L respectively. As while as the average removal efficiencies more than 95%, 97% and 70%, respectively. However,the removal efficiencies of TP increased with the increasing of the internal recycle ratio. The average influent concentration of TP was 4.26, 7.68 and 7.70 mg/L and the effluent concentration of TP was 1.67, 1.31, 0.99 mg/L respectively. The removal efficiencies of TP were 60.80%, 82.94% and 87.14%, respectively.Meanwhile the release and uptake of phosphorus in the anaerobic zone and anoxic zone Ⅱ was increased with the increasing of internal recycle ratio, and the release rate increased from 0.252 g/d to 1.864 g/d, the uptake rate increased from 0.108 g/d to 2.160 g/d.
