摘要
社会转型期普通高校成人教育办学机构的适应性变革,是我国成人教育能否实现可持续性发展的关键。选择东莞理工学院成人教育办学机构,从其管理体制、教育投入、办学规模、专业设置、师资力量、管理队伍等方面进行微观探讨,并以此提出了成人教育机构变革与发展的启示与思考。
Adaptive change of college adult education in social transitional period is the key to realize sustainable development in Chinese adult education. Take the adult education institution in Dongguan University as an example, this paper analyses the problem from the aspects of management system, investment in education, school scale, professional settings, teaching staff, management, and suggests some views on reform and development of adult education institutions.
