摘要
从多个视角对高职院校成人高等教育的培养目标定位问题进行分析,提出高职院校应当以立足地方经济发展需要,尊重成人学习规律,促进成人和谐、持续发展为目标,并最终体现高职院校自身价值。
The paper analyzes, from various standpoints, the problem of orienting the training target in continuous education, and proposes the targets of higher vocational colleges, i.e., based on the development of the local economy, showing respect to adult learning rule, promoting adults＇ harmonious and sustainable development and ultimately achieving the self-worth of higher vocational colleges.
